0 words today. Not a big deal as I made good progress all the same.
I slept in today for a change. I usually do that on Saturdays. I also like to get more rest than usual on days when I’m doing speaking events.
At noon, I spoke at the GDEX Conference, which is virtual this year. My talk was Curiously Human: How Writers Create Engaging Characters. It was a prerecorded talk, but the hosts did a Q&A with me afterward. Lot of engaged folks and I definitely picked up some new subscribers. It was a great event.
I got the cover back for Indie Author Confidential Vol. 2 and published it. I’ll have links and an official announcement tomorrow.
Also began finally proofing Project Bestiary. Need to get that to my editor in the next few days before I leave. Then, all of the Beast Mode books will be off my plate so I can focus on fiction.
Also did some more video planning, particularly for a talk I’m giving later this month. I’ll be shooting that in the next day or two.
