115 words. It is what it is. Got a lot of family time in today, and that’s more important than words.
Woke up early and got ready for my webinar since I'm teaching an insurance class today. The hotel was fantastic and had everything set up for me at 7:45. I was impressed.
After my tech was set up (really easy because the hotel gave me everything I needed), I had a quick writing session and got about 200 words. My video editor sent me my video for the week so I watched that and uploaded to YouTube. I also recorded some segments for the vlog-style video I'm doing that captures my travels.
As the day went on, my email got out of control.
My editor also sent me the edits for Project Bestiary…ahhh!
My class prevented me from doing much today and it wasn't until 6AM until I could take action.
I had to decide whether to address emails, do edits and format project Bestiary, or write words.
At the end of the day, I had to ask myself what the biggest roadblock would be when I returned home? Would I rather return home to an overgrown entail inbox, a book to publish, or words?
Definitely words. Email destroys my productivity so I decided it would be better to address the emails so that I could come home to an empty slate.
I did what I had to do and feel good about the decision.
I was going to announce Project Writing Tips, but for some reason it’s still not available at all retailers yet. I’ll give it another day, and may have to wait until I’m home to troubleshoot.
